INDOOR ATHLETIC FACILITY (1200 sq. feet)

One level down from the Cabana and reachable by the back staircase and elevator is the Indoor Athletic Facility.  Yes, this is a full sized American squash court; but it is much more.  The traditionally narrow “squash” door has been replaced with a double-wide door that allows a full size table tennis table and other equipment to be brought in.  Above the entrance is a regulation basketball hoop which converts the room into a mini basketball court.  Additionally, nets have been hung from the ceiling, mats have been placed on the floor, and two cameras and two mirrors have been installed on the walls making this room into an indoor golf driving range with all the tools needed to document and fix a golf swing. Finally, the sound proofing of this room makes it perfect for a dance party involving a DJ and 30 or 40 boisterous children of all ages.
