GUEST HOUSE (2000 sq. feet)

The living quarters of the Guest House are on two levels above its garages. The first level has a living room, a full kitchen (and laundry area) as well as a bedroom.  There is one full bathroom that services the living areas and the bedroom. The second level is a private apartment. To get there you proceed to the back of the first level. There you will find a locking door leading to a vestibule and a staircase to the apartment.  At the top of the steps you will find a bedroom and sitting room, a full bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
